What is included for free?+

Is there a Pro trial?+
Any available trial, its eligibility and the renewal price are shown in your store before you subscribe. A trial, if selected, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the deadline shown by your store.
How do I cancel?+
Open the subscription settings in the store where you subscribed, find Parlilo and cancel the renewal. Your store confirms when your access ends.
Does one subscription cover multiple languages?+
Yes. Pro covers the available learning languages in Parlilo, so you can practise more than one language on the same account.
How do refunds work?+
Request a refund through the store where you purchased. Contact support@parlilo.com if you need help locating the right process.
